Rule of Acquisition #95, Expand or Die.
Hollie & I have done some serious soul searching on our next move for The Bluebird Buffet. Starting September 2nd at 11am we start our new business hours. We will now be open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:00am until 7pm. Serving breakfast and lunch off of our menu all day long and a dinner buffet starting at 4:30 in the afternoon going until 7:00 p.m. that evening. Our weekend hours will remain the same as Saturday from 8:00 to 4:00 and Sunday 9:00 to 3:00. We will still be available on doordash during all of our working hours. We will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays now.
With limited to absolutely no parking for our customers with shorter lunch breaks, we can't lie, it's been an uphill battle trying to bring the city of Pulaski homestyle cooking. So we're changing things up.

If you're looking for something great to eat Sunday afternoon, look no further than The Bluebird Buffet . Hollie is making one of her most requested recipes, her fantastic meatloaf. And, she's made rotisserie style chicken legs & thighs. Pick and choose or have them both, your choice. We'll have all of our delicious sides to choose from and a strawberry lemonade cake for dessert. Folks, it don't get much better than this.

HUGE shout out to Pylant Maintenance for getting our old air conditioning unit removed & the new unit replaced in what felt like record time. Vernon & his crew straight knocked it out quick.

Happy 4th of July Everybody, we'll be serving up the BEST Breakfast in town off of our Fantastic Breakfast Bar until Noon today. Our hearts are broken. Hollie and I have been in a daze all day long. We've watched the front door, thinking of your smiling face walking in. The hugs, the laughs, our conversations we've had, all the times I've stopped traffic so you & Mr. Jon could back out safely. Mrs. Ruby was one of the sweetest souls to have graced us with her presence. We lost a true friend. We love you. We'll never forget.
