CLOSED SATURDAY 9/12

Ruth Premium Meats will be closed this Saturday, September 12, so our team can enjoy our small-town fair with their families! ❤️

We’re proud to be part of this community, and sometimes that means taking a day to slow down, enjoy the festivities, and support the town we call home.

Thank you for shopping local and supporting our family business. We appreciate you more than you know!

Around here, a 100° heat index just means it’s time to step outside and defrost for a few minutes! Then it’s right back to the tundra!

There’s a lot about this way of life that isn’t easy.

Long days. Rising costs. More regulations. And the constant pressure to keep doing more with less.

But we keep showing up.
Because the farmers raising the cattle matter. The small processors working to keep local food systems alive matter. And the families choosing to carry on what generations before them worked so hard to build matter.

We’re proud to be one of those families.

It may not always be the easiest way of life, but some things are worth holding onto.

We’re honored to be featured by Bishop’s Post in Chesterfield!

There’s something special about seeing the beef we raise here at Ruth Family Farms make its way to their kitchen and onto their guests’ tables.

Thank you, Bishop’s Post, for caring about where your ingredients come from and for choosing to support family farms and producers. We’re proud to be a small part of what you do!

Beautiful tomahawks headed to Wisconsin!

Check out the marbling on these beauties! Cut, packed, and ready to make the trip from our little corner of Missouri all the way to Wisconsin.

We might just have to work out a trade… a few tomahawks for some fresh Wisconsin cheese curds sounds pretty fair to us!

Fresh cut. 28 days wet aged. And just look at that filet.

That 28-day wet age helps bring out the tenderness and rich beef flavor we’re looking for before these beauties ever hit the case.

Premium beef, cut fresh right here at Ruth Premium Meats.

28 days of patience makes all the difference.

These beauties have been wet aged for 28 days to develop incredible tenderness and rich beef flavor. Quality beef starts long before it hits the grill—and we think it’s worth the wait.

Stop by Ruth Premium Meats and stock up!
