Simply Sweets Spreading smiles one bite at a time. Melanie Willis, Owner For several years I have dreamed of running a bakery. I love making things that make people happy.

The appeal is not the long hours, hard work or the money… I just love to bake! I decided to let my dream be just a dream because I knew running a bakery would mean long hours away from home, and that was more than I was ready to sacrifice. About a month ago I learned about a new law allowing the sale of certain baked goods prepared in your home. I couldn’t believe it! I attended a food safety clas

s purchased my business license and am almost ready to do what I love, bake! Those of you who know me will know the first item on the menu is Cinnamon Rolls! I hope to be up and running by November 10th. I will keep you posted! ~melanie
