New Zealand IPA
West-est Coast IPA
7.7%

Built on the classic framework of a West Coast IPA, this beer stays pale, dry, and firmly bitter while showcasing an all–New Zealand hop bill. Wai-iti provides kettle hop character, while Nectaron and Motueka in the dry hop deliver bright aromatics of lemon zest, passionfruity, fresh-cut grass, and a pleasant kiss of diesel. The palate layers candied citrus peel over a lean malt backbone, leading into a crisp, assertive finish. Bright, expressive, and highly drinkable, it highlights the distinctive character of New Zealand hops through a familiar West Coast lens.
