WOW! What a day! Thank you so much to everyone for your support of the 17th Annual Mill House Pig Out! After we got past a plumbing fiasco that unfortunately limited the number of people we could have in the building on Friday- the rest of the event went off without a hitch. Pre-orders were filled, bellies left happy, and money was raised for The Mill House, Clubhouse for Survivors of Brain Injury! We're happy to say that we also saved enough food for the entire Clubhouse to enjoy BBQ and fixings at the Clubhouse tomorrow for anyone who had to miss out on Friday and we're busy crunching numbers to bring you our fundraising total in the coming days.
It's not too late to support our event and The Mill House! We have leftover BBQ that we froze immediately after the event for sale! If you're interested in buying a 16oz container of pulled pork, we're selling them for a discounted rate of $12/container. We are celebrating TAMIKA today!!! Happy ELEVEN YEAR Workiversary to Tamika Shelton, our dedicated CBIS Intake Coordinator! Tamika manages the case management intakes for all 26 localities while fielding all referrals through Sheltering Arms Institute as our agency liaison, AND was just trained this year as our agency QBISP trainer! Tamika keeps busy and is always willing to go the extra mile! Thank you for all you do at CBIS Tamika, we appreciate your hard work and dedication to the organization and the people we serve!
