LEMONADE PIE

Lemonade Pie is a quick and easy no-bake dessert that is creamy and tangy, bursting with lemon flavor. It’s perfect for summer gatherings or when you need a fast sweet treat on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
• 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
• 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
• 12 ounces any flavor of Lambs Rd Kitchen Lemonade Concentrate (then fill the jar with the other 4 ounces with water and ice for a nice glass of lemonade to enjoy)
• 8 ounce Cool Whip thawed
• 2 pre-made graham cracker crust or make your own, which is always better.

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate, mixing until well combined and creamy.
3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
4. Divide the mixture evenly between each pie shell.
5. Smooth the tops and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
