It's like I'm speaking as a completely new version of myself! I cannot believe the pure excitement I am feeling about this trip! Zero anxiety, zero fear, and 0 stress!

This is only my second time ever leaving my kids, before this work I truly would have felt that I am doing the most terrifying thing to leave them. And yet I know have learned it such a deep level just how life-changing that time away is for me!

I'm able to show up as a better mother, a better wife, and fulfill my purpose even better across the board! What's the thing that holds you back from fulfilling your purpose and feeling full of life?

It doesn't have to be as big as leaving your kids, what's a pattern that's taking you down? Anxiety? Depression? Snapping at your kids? Scrolling your phone? The list can go on!

Part 5!!

The impact this process will have across the board is HUGE!!

When we get into the groove of restoring integrity across the board the ripple effect of how the people around you interact with you will be so fascinating to watch! You might be surprised how much changes from just one simple trick!

You might find that there are specific things that you might need to restore Integrity for more often than others! We like to call those patterns!

These patterns are things our subconscious mind has began to do without us needing to think about it! Some of those things we like to keep!

For example it's a great thing that we breathe and our lungs do that job without us even thinking about it! ...
..And other things... when we are fully ready to release them... we are able to operate at our fullest ability and be the best versions of ourselves!

For example if we are constantly snapping at the same person. Or reacting in the same way to something. Or maybe it's a habitual habit that you know is not serving you, others or God!

Part 3!!

Restoring integrity! 🙌

Here are steps 1 through 4 of the Integrity restore process!

This might seem like a silly simple process, and that's kind of the point! When we complicate things, adding words, trying to people please, making things more complicated than they need to be we actually end up doing more harm than good! ...
.. anddddd that can make it a LOT less appealing to try to restore integrity the next time...

So we fall out of line with our overall goals! Right?!

Thats where this SIMPLE process can change the world!

Now the really cool thing here is step four! I'm so excited to dive into that next, it is so crucial that stop for is something that we can truly follow through with so we hold to our goals! And we can restore integrity successfully!
