🥓 THE BACON TENT IS BACK! 🥓

We’ve been missing our friends at South Ridge Ranch Bacon, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome Stacey and the entire South Ridge Ranch family back to Market at the 45th this Sunday! We’re excited to see them back where they belong — surrounded by friends, customers, and the market community that has missed them so much.

This will be their first market back since the passing of Jake in early July. Jake was so much more than a vendor at our market — he was part of our market family. We’ve missed seeing him, and the rest of the bacon family, behind the bacon tent, visiting with customers, sharing their love of bacon, and being part of our Sunday mornings. Jake’s absence has been deeply felt, and we know he will continue to be missed.

So please stop by the South Ridge Ranch Bacon Tent this Sunday and say hi to Stacey and the rest of the family. Give them a little extra love, share a memory, and let them know just how much they’ve been missed. And then… BUY SOME BACON! Because we know a few of you have been experiencing some serious bacon withdrawals these past few weeks!

We want to thank everyone for the incredible love and support during this difficult time of Jake’s passing. Every card, message, prayer, gift, good thought, and kind gesture has meant more than we can express. Our family feels your support, and we are deeply grateful.

We don't yet know what is next for South Ridge Ranch Bacon, but we'll be back at the Hudson Farmers Market on Carmichael this Saturday, August 1 from 8- Noon. We hope to see you there!

Bourbon Bacon Burnt Ends Recipe

- Dice South Ridge Ranch Bacon Ends
