Our hearts are FULL after Bacon Bash!

It's taken us a few days to recuperate and simply take it all in. Even with the rainy weather, you showed up in such an incredible way. We are truly overwhelmed by the support, encouragement, and love you gave us. Thank you!

We could not have done it without our amazing family and friends who helped with all the preparation leading up to Bacon Bash and worked alongside us throughout the weekend. We appreciate you more than you know!

A very special shout out to Win Win Moving Solutions for safely, quickly, and efficiently transporting all of our items, to the River Falls Chamber of Commerce for your support through this and to the River Falls Bacon Bash committee for helping us honor Jake - you were all such an important part of making the weekend happen.

If you missed out on your bacon fix, we'll be back at both Hudson Farmers Market on CARMICHAEL Saturday, September 26 and Market at the 45th Sunday, September 27.

Our griddlers are "competing" for most slices on the griddle. Current tally, 91! Which one do you think has the most? Volume up for the fabulous griddle sizzle!

Today kicks off one of our favorite weekends of the year — River Falls Bacon Bash, the one time each year South Ridge Ranch Bacon sells fresh, hot, cooked bacon only. No frozen packs, no take‑home coolers… just the good stuff sizzling on the griddle.

This year carries extra meaning for us. We are honoring Smokemaster Jake, the man whose dream built South Ridge Ranch Bacon from the ground up.

Jake poured his creativity, joy and heart into this, and Bacon Bash was one of his proudest traditions - our Super Bowl he always said! As we serve every slice this weekend, we’re celebrating the legacy he left — community, love and some darn good bacon.

Thank you for being here with us. It means more than you know.

Being Bacon Central at River Falls Bacon Bash has been in our blood long before South Ridge Ranch Bacon existed. Check out this throwback of Smokemaster Jake and the Interns at Bacon Bash 12 years ago!

We literally can't do a drive-by without wishing him the happiest of birthdays! Help us show him some major love today—drop your birthday wishes, favorite market memories, or a favorite emoji for Unpaid Intern #4 in the comments below! 👇
