Decided that our work lunch was going to be a little bit like a mangled, Korean barbecue dinner… we have halibut with fermented, black bean… king crab with brown butter, scallop. with our new “everything is s**t” seasoning, tuna with sesame, herbs, shallots, and sesame dressing, shrimp with everything that was in the bowl from all the other fish and lobster tail skewers with high fat butter. That’s not to say all butter isn’t Thai fat… But this is extra super high fat. and also a thin slice of cap steak that was cut from the cap meat on a whole prime rib. The starter was a bit of crab bisque…
