What is the most profitable cow on every Ranch? The one cow past your typical stocking rate. We have absolutely proven you can run more cows on your Ranch by using proven feed efficient genetics, grazing practices and management without increasing any of your fixed costs. This cow in today’s market will give you a net profit of almost $2150 per head. We have increased that on our Ranch by over 35%. Just a fun exercise. Put down the average number of cows you run on your ranch. then times that by .35 then take that number and times it by 2150. That will give you the dollars you might be leaving on the table today.

The Lucky 7 Angus Solutions Symposium was a huge success! It was a great turnout by great Cattleman from all over the United States. Where they were able to see the new Ric2discover Feed efficiency test system, the only one individually owned in the United States, and how much more accurate it is than any other system. The speakers were incredible! Education was taught all day long on how to make the family rancher more profitable. They covered feedefficiency, grazing management, virtual fencing, cow size, regenerative ag practices, and many more subjects all proven to increase profits for ranchers. The speakers will be on our YouTube channel for people to watch. We will start posting the Feed efficiency test systems and the rest of the forum on social media soon. As promised, it was told what the most profitable cow is. No one denied that cow. It was covered in discussions and talks how to get that cow. You will not want to miss tomorrow night‘s post on who won the $100 or $500 we promised and what that cow is. It may change your life! Also, the forum was taken so positively that most in the audience requested, we make this an annual event, which was not our intention. Please respond back so that we may know whether we should consider doing such.

Gathering our almost 400 heifers we sent up to the mountain you seen earlier this year, where they went above 10,000 feet. This hill is much much steeper and rockier than the videos would suggest. Most of the cows come to the bottom and we sort them. This is not going up to the high country. This is just the foothills to get started. Great feet and legs are essential for not only our horses, but our cattle to survive and thrive in these environments.
