Sausage Express Food truck On Thursday, Friday and Saturdays, we also offer 1/2 lb Sirloin Tip Subs. Chips and Soda available as well.

Serving the Finest Sweet Italian Sausage Subs,1/2 lb each, 1/2 lb Lean Scrambled Hamburg Subs, Veggie Subs and all Beef Hot Dogs with a Homemade Apple Relish Available. Serving an Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich daily with sausage patty, bacon, egg, cheese and pepper and onion on a bulky roll.

The Sausage Express is Back! 🌭

We are excited to officially announce that The Sausage Express is back up and running and will be serving the Nottingham community for a short time!

After proudly serving customers for the past 7 years at the Rochester Home Depot, we're honored to continue this family tradition as the next generation takes the wheel. What started as my Dad's business has always been about great food, hard work, and connecting with the community, and we're thrilled to keep this fully family-run business going.

Come stop by for your favorite hot dogs, sausages, and delicious comfort food served with a smile!

Sausage Express regrets to inform all of our wonderful friends that we will NOT be back at Home Depot. After 24 great years the rules for us to be there

changed and we could not comply.

Sausage Express regrets to announce that we are shutting down for the year. We had hoped to stay open until 12/20, but temps have been so cold we just can’t open.

As one of our customers here at Sausage Express often says, "Janet shouldn’t leave me alone in the Food Truck!" This time I came up with a Cheesy Hash Brown! Fry the Hash Brown to Golden Brown then flip it on the grill in molten cheese. Drop it in a boat and it’s ready to go!

No up-charge until Thanksgiving! Come try one!
