Beer that speaks to the quality and character of who we are and also to the region that we represent. We are proud to be in the Ozark Mountains, with its relaxed atmosphere and eclectic population of farmers, craftsmen, and captains of industry. At Ozark Beer Company, we make beer that brings neighbors together, and that all people lucky enough to call the Ozarks home can be proud of.

Kölsch isn't just one of our favorite styles in beer, it's one of our favorite stories in beer. Through rebellion and innovation, local brewers in Cologne, Germany resisted competing trends so successfully, they not only protected their regional beer's identity, but they forged a style that thrives globally hundreds of years later. There are many comparisons to modern craft beer's ingenuity, but very little compares to the beauty of the golden goodness that is a clean, crisp Kölsch beer. Kölsch is also unique in its service, which we reintroduce on Sundays starting this weekend!

A genuine hybrid, Kölsch ferments with an ale yeast, but at colder, lager like temperatures developing its signature flavor. Ours is 4.9% and on tap beginning today.

Try it with a juicy burger from , and make a plan to visit Sunday for the kick-off of our Kölsch service featuring with a German inspired menu and bread with fresh-out-of-the-oven pretzels!

Rain brings plants. Plants bring beer. Beer brings us together... for PLANTS!

Amy reports there is still room for a few tables if you'd like to reserve one for your wares and plants. Reserving a table is free, but not required for swapping. Shoot her an email at [email protected].

Sunday's plant swap looks to be happening under an overcast sky, BUT there is a 100% chance of Hannah!

See you on the patio!

Mt. Crushmore - American Pilsner. American craft beer is a melting pot of traditions and ingredients driven by passion, innovation and modern methods. Inspired by old-world lagers, brewed with American malt, hopped like an Italian Pils with German & American hops and fermented with a Danish yeast, Mt. Crushmore blends tradition and invention into something uniquely ours. And of course we love it because it's a solid Summer crusher!

Available in draft and cans and 6pks across Arkansas starting this week. 4.8% ABV.
