Fresh chèvre dropped at Good Measure Market in Searcy, AR yesterday!

They now carry our Plain and Roasted Garlic & Shallot flavors. These cheeses are mild, and make perfect toppers for salads, bagels, homemade caprese, and a number of other applications.

In addition to our 1/2 gallons, they now carry quarts of our fresh, creamy raw goat milk.

Crook (the cat) is our livestock guardian 🐱 He came from another goat farm in Missouri that I was purchasing goats from in 2021. He’s lived with the goat herd ever since and takes his job very seriously. 😌

Y’all don’t mind my fine china (I already do enough dishes everyday).

This was my supper tonight. Homegrown, garden fresh tomato topped with my goat cheese and some balsamic vinegar. 🤌 Delicious.

I used cheese from 2 separate batches- one was 1 week old and the other was 2 weeks old. I’m conducting some quality control for y’all so we all know how long the shelf life really is. So far so good. Our refrigerator stays below 40 degrees F.

Side note- this cheese is very mild, do not expect it to taste like grocery store goat cheese. There will be no wangy-tangy zip. Same goes for milk: grocery store goat milk tastes nothing like our fresh milk! Ours is better 😊

Now offering cajeta! 🤎

This is a cinnamon infused, goat milk caramel sauce. It took 8-9 hours to achieve the final result, but it is so worth it! This goes perfectly as an add-in for your coffee, or a tasty ice cream topper. Use it as you would any caramel sauce.

We also have a chocolate cajeta, which is shown in the photos below with my iced coffee. 😋🍫
