DARK ALCHEMY • OATMEAL STOUT • 5.2%

Dark Alchemy is built on a smooth base of 2-row malt and rolled oats, layered with a carefully chosen blend of roasted and caramel malts. If you haven’t not heard by now, one of our favorite collaborations is coming back tomorrow! We teamed up with the amazing team over at The Brew Depot to create an all-time classic that has ceased to fade from existence. Beer Never Dies! Is a 7% West Coast IPA that is a classic take on the style. This beer is bittered exclusively with Simcoe with a supporting cast of Centennial and Columbus in the whirlpool. To take it a step further, we dry hopped this with a blend of Centennial Cryo, Columbus, and Chinook Hyperboost. This beer is a pointedly bitter offering with tons of grapefruit, pine, and resin that stick to the palate.
