The Farm Stand is open Wednesday- Friday from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM at 11692 Clay Ansley Hwy, Ruston, between Quitman and Ruston.

We’ll be CLOSED at the Farm Stand on Saturday, but you can find us at the Ruston Farmers Market from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.

We’ve been making Pepper Honey Fusion for years, and folks either come back for more or wonder why they waited so long to try it.

It’s our Raw Louisiana wildflower honey with just enough cayenne pepper mixed in to give it a little attitude. Not hot enough to overpower the honey, just enough to remind you it’s there.

It’s mighty good on biscuits, cornbread, fried chicken, pizza, cream cheese, and about a dozen other things we probably haven’t thought of yet.

If you’ve never tried it, now’s your chance.

If you’ve had it before, you already know why people keep coming back for another jar.

Tomorrow's shaping up to be a beautiful day to wander through the Ruston Farmers Market, visit with friends, and stock up on some good local food.

Briarhill Farms is open again today and tomorrow from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Then we will be at the Ruston Farmers Market on Saturday 9-1.

The garden is hitting its stride, and the vegetables are rolling in every day now.

Fresh from the field today at Briarhill Farms!

We’ve got just a few cantaloupes and some beautiful Roma tomatoes that just came in, along with Cherokee Purple tomatoes, homestead tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, banana peppers, cayenne peppers, fresh eggs, local honey, goat milk soaps, fudge, pralines, granola, beard care products, and more.

We’re open at the farm stand Wednesday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
