I’m so incredibly excited to finally share my next chapter: I’ve officially joined the team at as the Executive Sous Chef! While it was an honor working with the amazing team at the Sacramento Marriott, I am ready to dive into this new challenge in the heart of downtown at 1213 K Street. Aiona is all about the ancient art of live-fire Mediterranean cooking, and stepping into this beautiful exhibition kitchen to work with wood-fire and charcoal grills is definitely a dream come true.
