When we have mint in one of our flavors, much of it comes from my home garden. Sometimes it's from Courtney's like in this video.. yes, I snip it by hand.

Using fresh local ingredients matters and the difference is in the taste. There's just no shortcut for the good stuff.

Next time you sip a mint flavor from us, picture me in the garden with my snips, smelling like a mojito. 🍃

Apple Pie 🥧 is BACK!

The first day of fall came which meant Apple Pie had to be on tap for all of our friends who just can't wait for the 'ber months.

In typical Sacramento fashion, we are forecast to have 90⁰+ days this week, but it's not letting us stop you from your favorites.

We still have some late summer flavors, but this release signals the turning of the seasons and we are sooo excited for some cooler days ahead.

It's the keg waltz at our brewery - one that most people will never see. But, our team keeps it all happening behind the scenes.

Charcuterie plate? Check. Refillable growlers of your favorite KC flavors? Also check. Even that fancy refillable w**e bottle in the middle is doing its part.

Here's the thing about hosting season: not everyone at your table wants booze, but everyone wants something delicious in their glass, and pretty much everyone loves knowing their gathering didn't leave a trail of trash behind it.

♻️ SAME CUPS SINCE 2019 ♻️

This past weekend our little stainless steel sample cups earned their keep. Used, cleaned, sanitized, refilled, used again... over and over, all weekend long.

We could've gone through tens of thousands of tiny plastic cups by now. Instead we've been washing the same batch since 2019. Same cups, seven years, zero landfill guilt.

Turns out doing right by the Earth and doing right by our bottom line are usually the same move. Sustainability isn't just a nice idea around here, it's also just good math.

If you're new to KC Kombucha: welcome. Our mission is simple. Say no to AI slop, and single use and say yes to real refills, real reuse, and real humans behind every batch.
