Today we pause to honor the men and women who gave everything so we could have this — the community, the land, the freedom to gather and build and care for one another.

At KC Kombucha, stewardship isn't just a word we hang on the wall. It's how we try to show up every single day. We source with intention. We reduce waste. We give back to the land where our ingredients grow. We pour into this community because we believe that the best way to honor lives lost is to take seriously the one we've been given.

𝗪𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲. 🫐

Today we made the drive out to Sierra Cascade Blueberry Farm in Forest Ranch to walk the fields and see exactly where our organic blueberries come from. You know, the ones that make our Blueberry Mint booch iconic!

This is what sets us apart. We don't just source ingredients, we build relationships. We know who grows it, how they grow it, and why they care. We get to see the irrigation systems, learn how they manage pests naturally, and understand the full circle from soil to glass.

A circular economy and a circular ecosystem. That's our kind of beautiful.

Today we got to be part of something really special at the Coffee Pot Ranch Open House and we are still thinking about it.

Baby chicks. Sheep getting sheared. Sandwiches made with meat raised right there on the ranch. And KC Kombucha on tap, poured fresh under open skies.

This is what a real farmer's day looks like, and Coffee Pot Ranch opened their gates so families could come see it, smell it, taste it, and feel it. We were honored to be at the table.

Unfortunately, the wind is predicted to be too strong for us to safely go to Curtis Park tomorrow for Curtis Fest.

The new date has not yet been set, but we will let you know as soon as we have more details!

A customer favorite, and for good reason. Mixed berries from the market, (thanks Saechow Farms!) a hint of lemon and vanilla, and just the right amount of spring in every cup.

Only 10 kegs. No hype, just facts.

Capitol Mall, we missed you. There is something genuinely joyful about showing up to a familiar scene, seeing faces we haven't seen since fall, and watching all the cups, jars, and vessels come rolling in to get refilled. You all hold onto these things, and honestly, that never stops making our day.

Three markets a week this summer is keeping us wonderfully busy, and we could not be more excited for this season with all of you.
