For those who have a gut feeling about everything! 💛 Mom’s intuition is unmatched.
Speaking of gut feelings—let’s talk about what actually feeds that gut: fiber. 🌾✨
Fiber is one of the most underrated nutrients for our families, and whole foods are the best way to get it. Here’s why it matters:
🥞 Keeps little tummies happy — Fiber promotes healthy digestion and prevents constipation, something every parent knows is no fun for anyone.
🦠 Feeds the good gut bacteria — Fiber acts as a prebiotic, nourishing the beneficial microbes in our digestive system. A healthy gut microbiome supports immunity, mood, and even brain function.
⚡ Steady energy, no crashes — Unlike refined carbs that spike blood sugar, fiber slows digestion and gives kids (and moms!) sustained energy throughout the day.
🍌 Found in real, whole foods — Oats, bananas, berries, vegetables, beans, and whole grains are naturally fiber-rich. Processed foods? Most of that fiber has been stripped away.
💡 Kids need 15-25g daily — But most aren’t getting nearly enough. Simple swaps like whole grain pancakes, adding fruit to breakfast, and choosing whole foods over packaged snacks make a big difference.
Trust your gut, mama—and feed it well.

Bloating doesn’t have to be your normal. Natura Fiber supports healthy digestion and feeds the good bacteria in your gut, helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more like yourself..

Go whole-food first. Your body knows how to use fiber from real sources—psyllium, flax, oat bran, chia—better than isolated synthetic fibers.
Read the label for:
No added sugars (watch for maltodextrin, dextrose, syrups)
No artificial dyes or flavors
Minimal fillers and additives
Short ingredient list with names you recognize
Bottom line: If the first ingredient is a whole food and the rest of the list is short and pronounceable, you’re on track.

Both apples 🍎 and NaturaFiber are great sources of fiber — but look at the difference.

To get 14 grams of fiber from apples, you’d need to eat about 3 apples and along with that comes ~57g of natural sugar.
With NaturaFiber, you get the same 14g of fiber, a balance of soluble and insoluble — plus plant protein, omega‑3s, and minerals… with zero sugar. 🌿

Both are good for you — apples give you vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants — but it’s a reminder to diversify your fiber sources.
Getting enough every day doesn’t always mean eating more fruit… sometimes it means fueling smarter.

How much fibre do you really need? 🤔🌿

Spoiler: probably more than you think…
✨ The science says:
Women need about 25g/day
Men need about 30–38g/day
Kids need roughly 14–31g/day depending on age
But here’s the catch… most people are only getting about HALF of that 😳

Sprinkle a little to add your daily boost!

✨ Fibre Friday Glow-Up ✨
Ready to give your gut some love? 💛
We’re sprinkling a little extra goodness into your day with an easy, delicious fibre boost.

Meet your new go-to: chia pudding, simple, satisfying, and seriously good for you.
Chia seeds are tiny but mighty, packed with fibre that helps keep you full, energized, and feeling your best. Just 2 tablespoons deliver a big fibre hit to support digestion and steady energy levels.

🥄 How to make it: (the perfect base recipe)
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
• Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey + a splash of vanilla
Stir everything together in a jar or bowl
Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again (no clumps here 👏)
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick + creamy
(This 1:4 ratio is the sweet spot for that perfect pudding texture ✨)

🍓 To serve:
Top with fresh berries, fruit, nuts… and of course,
👉 a generous sprinkle of Natura Fibre for that extra boost!
Whether it’s breakfast, snack, or dessert, this is one of the easiest ways to sneak more fibre into your day (and your gut will thank you for it 😉)

✨ Sprinkle it. Stir it. Love your gut. ✨
