We are excited to announce the launch of the California Cows website. The site showcases the real work taking place on cattle ranches, feeder and dairy farms across the state, demonstrating how producers support healthy landscapes, thriving wildlife, and strong communities. California's cattle ranchers, feeders, and dairy farmers nourish their land and communities, and are leading the way in responsible agriculture.

For generations, California’s family ranchers, feeders, and dairy farming families have safely and sustainably produced the local products that allow our communities to thrive.

Legislators and staff enjoyed a delicious steak salad and milk while learning how cattle producers help nourish kids across the state.
