I am 38 and have been making my family our own health products for going on 5 years or so. We started raising our own birds, learning what truly is not healthy and what is.. It began with little things here and there...as our journey continued...I kept making more items, we kept doing and trying more things! Eventually, I had formulated a great skin care regimen and I had kept it to myself for a l

ong time. A few friends have always asked me what I was doing, and I would always say "I use my own homemade products". It was my skin, apparently, that told the story. So I had my friends try my items... if I had known it would have been such a big deal, maybe I would have introduced it a long time ago but we know stepping out into an adventure such as this takes a lot of courage. It was not until I sensed in my spirit that "go ahead and try it Liz" that I opened up shop. We have so many more dreams for what we call Hatch a Batch Farm...but for now...one day at a time. …..It’s been a challenging few months! I’m not talking just random down days- I’m talking “Jesus take this from me because I’m about to drown.”
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… I’ll share my life for the real that it is. I won’t hide behind a Facebook post like so many people do. Everyone struggles.
💜Be kind , be generous, have an open heart to humanity… because Christ did that first… while YOU were sinning and living in the deep pit, He died for you; we have no other call in life but to try and replicate His love that He first showed us.

One of the benefits of having multiple products is that you have options…..a single solution may not be suitable for everyone, even though all my products are made from natural and organic ingredients.

It’s the honest truth- I don’t wear makeup and I don’t use sunscreen (it’s toxic), I make my own skincare, I pick plants in my yard and eat them, I make tea from random herbs, when my kids feel icky, I usually just throw something together to help them feel better. I’m the occasional “have a nasty treat because hey! You only live once” -
My kids love ice cream- I don’t deprive them, we are NOT the perfect family but we do hold some standards- if I catch you offering my kids any dye- be sure they will give you the stink eye and give YOU the lecture!
I’m usually in boots and pajamas if I’m home, and I ain’t mad about it. If I’m out and about you’ll catch me in leggings and t shirts- I’m just average no bells, no whistles. Heck I don’t even own jewelry except for my wedding ring! Talk about low maintenance.
And lately!! I’ve been trying something NEW.
I let my calendula seep for a LONG YEAR! And whoa!!! I just harvested that oil and I’ll have you know it’s the crème de la creme!
Silky, soft and… heck! I can’t even describe it really.
I pair this with a basic facial lotion that I made with essential oils for anti aging and antioxidants, inflammation — all the things!
I don’t change things up often, but when I do… I’ll tell you about it.
