He strives to produce wines that are rich, textured, and balanced, and that respect terroir and varietal character. Papa Hoey is a brandy infused with lemons from the Santa Lucia Highlands! We like to say it’s made like brandy drinks like vodka 🤌🏼

This Papa Hoey project has been in the makes for a while now and we are so excited to finally share it with you!

Denis aka Papa Hoey’s favorite way to drink this brandy is over ice with ginger beer and a splash of lemon 🍋
