Seven Oaks Meat Processing We are a USDA federal inspected facility. We accept beef, pork, goat, lamb and deer for processing. We also offer pheasant hunts throughout the year!

You can purchase meat products at our plant, the Sallisaw Farmer’s market or at our J&D’s steakhouse.

They had the opportunity to see the magic happen on our meat processing floor, get a behind-the-scenes look at our operation, and learn more about what we do best—from processing to producing quality meats for our customers.

We always enjoy sharing our industry with the next generation and giving students a firsthand look at the hard work, skill, and dedication that goes into meat processing.
