43 Ranch Olive Oil Milling Craft Extra Virgin Olive Oil on California's Central Coast. Visit our mill and store. We are proud fifth generation farmers.

Our Promise:
Our small batch quality control practices ensure our oil exceeds the highest standards for Extra Virgin quality. Every step of our process is designed to deliver world class extra virgin olive oil. We hand pick our olives in the cool morning air, mill within four hours, rack and store our oil in stainless steel, and warehouse in a climate controlled dark room. By following these steps, we know you’ll enjoy the intense flavors of our craft Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our Story:
Our ancestors settled on California’s Central Coast in 1864 and began farming the land we call 43Ranch. The soil characteristics and mild climate of the southern Salinas Valley mirror the characteristics of old world olive growing regions. We hope you can taste the passion that comes from our love of the land we call 43 Ranch.
