Local partnerships are at the heart of what we do, and we're proud to partner with the Santa Barbara Cheese Company ().

Family-owned and operated on the Central Coast by Sara and Dennis Marin, Santa Barbara Cheese Company crafts cheeses that celebrate the flavors and places that make our region special. Sara's roots run deep on the family farm, and today she and Dennis continue that tradition by crafting cheeses using milk from their own cows. Their commitment to quality starts at the source. They use all-natural ingredients and never add hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, or artificial colors to their cheeses.

Their lineup includes Santa Ynez Cheddar, Montecito Gouda, Anacapa Alpine Style, and Cuyama Chipotle Jack. Each cheese is thoughtfully crafted with care, quality ingredients, and a commitment to great flavor.

We're proud to share products from partners who reflect the values we believe in: quality, care, and a true connection to the Central Coast. Find Santa Barbara Cheese Company cheeses at Tri-County Produce and taste the difference local makes.

🎓🌟 Congratulations, Franklin Elementary Class of 2026! 🌟🎓

At Tri County Produce, we love finding ways to give back to our community, and today was a special one!

We had the pleasure of hosting the Franklin Elementary graduating class after their annual beach trip for a well-deserved lunch. Students enjoyed hot dogs, hamburgers, fresh fruit, and delicious juices while celebrating their accomplishments and making memories with friends and teachers.

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible Franklin Elementary teachers and staff for helping make this event possible and for all that you do to support and inspire our local youth.

We are honored to be a small part of your celebration.
Congratulations, Class of 2026! We can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll accomplish in the years ahead.

Stop by Tri-County and pick up fresh California peaches while they’re at their peak!

A Tri-County Tip: When selecting peaches, look for fruit with a rich golden color, a sweet aroma, and a slight give when gently squeezed. Local, California-grown peaches offer the best flavor and support the farmers who help feed our community.

Fresh from the vine and grown close to home, organic large tomatoes from John Givens Farm are back in the market, picked at peak ripeness and full of the flavor that only comes from tomatoes grown in season!

Slice them for sandwiches, toss them into salads, or enjoy them simply with a little olive oil and sea salt. When tomatoes are this good, they don't need much. Taste the difference.

Mito's Pick: Artichokes

Artichokes are one of spring’s most interesting vegetables. Technically, they’re actually a flower. If left unpicked, the artichoke blooms into a bright purple thistle.

They’re also packed with fiber, antioxidants, and nutrients like folate, magnesium, and vitamin C, making them as nutritious as they are delicious.

Steam them whole, grill them with olive oil and lemon, or pull apart the leaves and dip them into melted butter or aioli. However you prepare them, artichokes are one of those seasonal foods worth slowing down for.

Fresh artichokes are in season now at Tri-County Produce. Stop by and bring home a taste of spring.
