… we’ll be here all day! 😉
It’s true! Polyphenols in olive oil have been linked to numerous health benefits. Our staff have researched peer reviewed articles and studies by trusted institutions, and have found links to polyphenols and lowering the risk of dementia, cardiovascular disease, and more.
One surprising study by Harvard Health showed that among people who replaced butter, margarine, or mayonnaise with olive oil, the death rate was as much as 34% lower than people who did not substitute for olive oil. This reflects how truly powerful olive oil is for the body.
We are excited to see future studies that come out about olive oil and our health. Before then, we’ll be sipping, cooking, baking, and consuming olive oil any way we can! 🤍
