Another episode of Outlander: , and another cocktail to enjoy alongside it. 🍸

This time, we’re making…

Two Halves 🍸✨
Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin
• 1.5 oz dry vermouth
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• Orange or lemon twist, to garnish

To make the cocktail:
Add gin, dry vermouth and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 15–20 seconds, or until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange or lemon twist.

Not everything is as it seems in Outlander: ✨

Beneath the Surface 🌿🍸
• .75 oz Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin, infused with lemongrass
• .75 oz Green Chartreuse
• .75 oz Maraschino liqueur
• .75 oz lime juice

For the Lemongrass-Infused Sassenach Gin:
• 500 ml Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin
• 20 g lemongrass, chopped

Combine the gin and lemongrass and infuse for 12 hours. Fine strain into a container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

To Make the Cocktail:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and fine strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
