1.5 oz Sassenach Fine Scottish Vodka
4 oz pineapple juice🍍
1 oz cream of coconut🥥

Shake with ice, strain over crushed ice, top with more crushed ice, and garnish with a pineapple wedge and fronds.

• ¼ oz simple syrup
• 1 oz fresh espresso
