Such a fun day on the farm full of science projects and new (and old 😉) friends ❤️
We are a small family farm raising:

Such a fun day on the farm full of science projects and new (and old 😉) friends ❤️
Could not love this more ❤️
Often we get the question, "How did you guys get into your business?" For us, it began with wanting to raise our own food. Over 6 years ago we began raising a steer and a hog for our own family freezer. We had a huge demand from our local friends and family for "home grown" beef and pork and that is where our journey began. Though we now farm on a much larger scale as a business in order to sell USDA certified beef and pork, our love for growing our own food has not changed. Since then we began gardening (some years are better than others!), we've raised our own "meat" chickens for our freezer, raised laying hens for eggs and we even have a family milk cow to supply us with fresh, nutritious milk. A friend asked me earlier this week "What do you love about farming?" and it really made me stop and think about that question a little more deeply that I usually would. My answer is that I love teaching my kids the importance of food and where it comes from. I love that they know how to care for animals in order for those animals to provide for us. I love that from a young age, they understand how to take care of look after the needs of something besides just themselves. They may grow up and never have a farm of their own, but they'll know how hard someone worked to put food on their table even if wasn't them.
Happy National Son’s Day to our littlest farm helper!
How adorable are these 6 month milestone sneaks from Rockie Pendergrass Photography?! 😍
How handsome is Ollie?! 😍 he’s also from our past Missy x Jake litter. He’s headed this morning to check out the training facility where Zeke is currently. We can’t wait to see how he turns out ❤️
Virgil at 4.5 months old…why did we not keep this STUD?! 😍
We had the best evening visiting Zeke at Whistling Wings Kennel to see all that he has learned! He is doing so great and we are so impressed with our boy! It also gave us an awesome excuse to drive a little farther and pick up 2 gallons of fresh raw milk from Brittany Drinkard at Drinkard Family Farm Fresh Milk!! So yummy!! 🥛🖤
Who needs eggs this week? 🥚 🍳
Happy Daughter’s Day to our two favorite sisters! They are the hardest working farm girls you’ll find! 💕
Lol, whoops 😅🤣🤣
Little Rustic Farm updated their phone number.
Nothing like the first day of fall to bring on some babies!! 🍁 Oreo had 7 new beauties, 5 boys and 2 girls! PM me if you’re interested in any of the babies! 😍
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Psalm 30:5.
Thankful for this beautiful new morning. Let’s go to church!
Calling all the girls up for feeding time. What would I do without my two little helpers?! 👧🏼👧🏼
Liberty from our previous Missy x Jake litter enjoying her first dove hunt this weekend! We love these updates! ❤️
Headed out for 3 months of training. Not sure what we are going to do without our gentle giant for 3 whole months, but we are so excited about the outcome
Nothin’ like a good ole fashion family pig cutting day! 🐷🥓 bring on fall 2023!
Let me know if you need any eggs this week! We will be taking next week off, so pm me to get them before Monday!
Had a little help from Daisy Mae while mowing today
Happy National Dog Day to these crazy pups!! They keep us on our toes, but we’d be lost without them…and very short on entertainment! ❤️
This boy leaves in less than 2 weeks for 3 months worth of training…bless their hearts. 🤣🤣

“Echo” went to her new home in Columbus, GA Saturday evening. I’d like to say she’s missing us, but I don’t think that’s the case. 🤣❤️
We have 5 boar piglets currently that we will be castrating this week. If anyone would like one uncut for breeding purposes, pm us and we will send individual pics. Some are double wattled, some are not. We also have two girls out of this litter that will be ready in 5 weeks. PM if interested!
Kyle built the goats a new playground! As you can tell, the girls love it (both goats and humans 😜)!!
Let me know if you need any fresh eggs this week! 🥚🍳
Update: “Echo” has found her new home in Georgia where she will be spoiled forever! Thanks so much for all the shares. ❤️
Due to absolutely no fault of her own, this sweet girl has been made available again. She’s up to date on all shots and is on a heartworm preventative. AKC, champion bloodline, 15 weeks old. She’s very well socialized to kids and will make the best family dog or future hunting buddy. Located in Boaz, AL. PM for more info.
Working on some prizes for the goats with our big helpers today
The pups were loving the cooler weather!
Beautiful morning on the farm!
Congrats to our pretty boy, Zeke!! He has officially passed all DNA and OFA health testing with flying colors! With this boys amazing temperament, drive, and build, we are looking forward to seeing his awesome offsprings for years to come.
Side note: we are open to studding him out to one or two lucky gals. He is AKC, champion bloodline and impressive pedigree, health cleared, and proven breeder. PM if interested!
Big day in the GSP community! The coat color black has been voted to be included as an acceptable color in the breed standard by AKC. Starting January 1, 2023, the color black will be allowed to show in conformation. Daisy Mae and Zeke are beyond excited!
Exciting morning on the farm! Peppa gave us 7 sweet new piglets to love on. 🐷
Sunset with the girls ❤️
This sweet girl is our last available pup! As much as we hate to see them go, we need to find her a home before our upcoming vacation. So we’ve decided to do a $50 reward to whoever’s share finds this baby her forever home. Her rehoming fee has been REDUCED from the original. She is so sweet and has the silliest personality. She’s AKC, has had two round of shots, and wormed twice with interceptor plus. She’s been raised around our young kids and handled daily. She will make the perfect family dog or future hunting buddy! Boaz, AL. PM if interested!
“Virgil,” named after Virgil Earp from tombstone, went to his new home in Georgia this week. He stole our hearts from the very beginning so it was hard to see him go, but seeing him out on his new horse and cattle farm makes us so happy! He will never be short on room to run! ❤️
How could anyone say no to these sweet faces?! These babies have the SWEETEST dispositions. They’ve been raised around our 4 year old, 2 year old, and infant, and are handled every single day so they are very well socialized for their young age. Rehoming fee is reduced as of this week and they are ready to go! AKC and two rounds of shots! Boaz, AL. Pm for info!
For our anniversary this year we asked the very talented Kathryn Lancaster to paint a picture of our farm for us as our gift to each other. We could not be more pleased and can’t wait to get it framed! 😍 We gave her the second picture for inspiration of what we would like and she did an outstanding job! Thanks so much, Kathryn! We will treasure it forever!
The new recruits! They are so sweet and we are working on getting them to warm up to us. Any name suggestions for these two sisters? Lizzy wants “Ella and Fefe” 🤣
About to head out to do some delivering! Who needs fresh eggs for the new week? 🍳
“Nash” went to live with his big brother Knox and the George family this past weekend! Look how sweet! They are best buds in the making. They live just a short drive away (surprisingly not in Tennessee 😜) so we will get to watch him grow up and hopefully see him on a few eggs deliveries! ❤️
“When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor. You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet: all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild, the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas. Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!”
Psalms 8:3-9 NIV
Our last 2 boys and 2 girls available!! 9 weeks old! Come with first two rounds of shots and AKC papers. Awesome personalities for a pet or working home. Located in Boaz, AL. PM for more info!
I think it’s safe to say Zeke has won over the hearts of a couple of little girls I know. 🖤
It was a big GSP weekend for us this past weekend. We also brought Kimber in as a part of our family from Georgia! She is so sweet and spunky! Thank you Southern •C• Kennels! We will take great care of her ❤️
“Ollie” is loving his new home and big sister! He is staying in Alabama not too far from us, so we look forward to watching him grow ❤️
I’ve done terrible at posting going home pictures for the pups this time around, but sweet Hazel went home to Georgia with these two precious girls today! She looks like she’s made herself right at home. ❤️
Edit: Tracker has found his new home! Thanks for the shares!! ❤️
Due to absolutely no fault of his own, “Tracker” is available again. He is a beautiful boy with the best personality! He’s 11 weeks old, AKC, champion and imported bloodlines, had first two shots and been wormed. If we still have him next week, he will come with all of his shots. Pm for more info!
We are so excited to introduce our new stud, Ezekiel Armstrong “Zeke.” He’s smart, beautiful, and has a great pedigree! He’s already had his first visit to the fire department and received lots of love. We love him so much already. Thanks so much to the Roddy family for trusting us with this sweet boy!
How Ellie feels about babysitting these puppies. Y’all better hurry and get these puppies before she kills us.
Our last few left from Missy x Jake! They are 8 weeks old and ready for their new homes now! They are AKC and have had first shots. I’ve got 3 boys and 3 girls left. Located in Boaz, AL. PM for info!!
