In 2022, at 77 years old, Bob Becker set out to become the oldest finisher in BADWATER®, a Global Movement 135 history.

He almost did it. He crossed the line 17 minutes and 27 seconds past the 48-hour cutoff.

Bob said he wasn’t coming back. But that ain’t Bob.

Three years later, at 80, Becker finished in 45 hours and 6 seconds, becoming the oldest finisher in the HISTORY of the Badwater 135.

That kinda grit lives in all of us, but only a select few of us really tap into it. ZICO is proud to support Bob and the real ones who dig deep to make it happen.

We linked up with Usal for their second Hike to Swim of the summer! 🥾🔥

Brooklyn to the Catskills and back before dinner. We took the van out of McCarren at 9am, then it was a steady climb up Giant Ledge with Otter Falls waiting at the other end. ⛰️

The best part of a hot climb is the water at the end of it….both kinds. 😉🥥💧🤘
