Behind the scenes: Roasted Walnut Fudge 🤎 🍫 🌰

It starts with a short list of really good ingredients: Belgian chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, sea salt, and walnuts we roast in-house.

Then it’s kettle time. We warm the condensed milk, melt in the chocolate until silky smooth, fold in those roasted walnuts, pour it out, and let it set.

Simple process. Serious fudge. 😋

And yes - the walnut pour might be our favorite part 🌰 ✨

Chocolate Decadence in the making 🤎✨

Our most popular fudge flavor, doing what it does best: making us hungry 😋

A traditional kettle, simple, high-quality ingredients, rich Belgian chocolate, and a whole lot of chocolatey goodness.

Stirred, poured, and left to set before we cut every batch into bite-sized pieces of fudgy heaven.

A classic made clean. Because we give a fudge 🤎

We’re always experimenting in the kitchen, and today we’re R&D-ing a little something for the holidays: rich chocolate fudge + peppermint crunch.

This one is still very much in the test-kitchen phase, so no promises that it’ll make the Graham’s lineup - but we figured we’d give you a sneak peek. 😉
