November and December dinners are here!

This year we are continuing the tradition of spending the holidays in Italy, with an Italian Holiday Seafood Feast! Our chefs are celebrating our favorite flavors from the Ligurian region of Italy - loads of seafood, citrus, handmade pasta, and generous course, generous plugs of olive oil!

Jessica Sherrow returns to The Pantry Saturday 10/10 and Sunday 10/11 for her popular Sourdough Bread Workshop - and there are still a few spots available!

A couple of weeks ago, our staff and volunteers cooked for the Ballard Food Bank, helping nourish our neighbors and strengthen our community. Whether we’re preparing meals at the pantry or volunteering at the Ballard Food Bank , every act of service makes a difference.

Family Dinner season is back — and we’re serving a full Pacific Northwest mushroom feast! 🍄‍🟫

Our September 25–26 and October 9–10 dinners are almost here, and seats are filling fast. Five courses, 40 guests, all cooked by us — chanterelle + crab croquettes, maitake toasts, lobster mushroom galette, kombu‑brined game hen (or tofu / black cod!), matsutake + lentils, and maple‑plum dumplings with candy cap crème anglaise.

If you love mushrooms, this is your night.

We just released our full line up of classes for November and December and we are so excited for you to join us!

We've got new classes such as Southeast Asian Seafood Boil with cooking_with_soy and Roman Pizza with Nicco Muratore. Vindi is back with Bûche de Noel and Rosalie is here to help you build your own Gingerbread house!
