Congratulations to our Butcher of the Quarter, Juan Dominguez from The Market in Fresno, CA!

What started as a summer job to help pay for college turned into a 34-year career in the meat industry. Over the years, Juan has built lasting relationships with customers through his knowledge, passion for quality beef, and commitment to exceptional service.

Known for recommending a well-marbled ribeye, Juan believes great beef starts with quality and proper preparation. His advice to customers is simple: don’t rush the process. Bringing a steak to room temperature before cooking and allowing it to rest before serving can make all the difference.

We’re proud to recognize Juan for his dedication to his craft, his customers, and his continued support of the Harris Ranch Beef brand.
