NEW ORDERING POLICY STARTING THE WEEK OF 8/23
First, I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has ordered, shared my posts, recommended me, and supported Roux Krewe Catering by Rachel. The support and demand have been such a blessing.
Going forward, all weekly meal orders will need to be paid in advance.
Payment will be due on Sunday for the upcoming week's orders. For example: If you are ordering a meal for the week of 8/23, payment is due Sunday, 8/23, unless you have made other arrangements with me in advance.
Because I am currently only able to cook a certain number of meals and days each week, spots are limited. Once payment is received, your order is officially confirmed and your spot for that week is reserved. This helps me know exactly how many meals to prepare for and allows me to purchase the right amount of ingredients without overbuying or wasting food.
I completely understand that life happens. If an emergency comes up on my end or yours, we will work together. If I have not already purchased the food for your order, your payment can be refunded. If the food has already been purchased, we can arrange for your meal to be prepared on another available date.
I will always do my best to be fair, honest, understanding, and treat my customers the way I would want to be treated. Communication is key, so if something comes up, just reach out to me and we’ll figure out the best option together.
