-Seasoned Cajun fries loaded with Cajun chicken, cheesy creole sauce, bacon, jalepenos, green onions, and our home-made spicy SlapFire sauce to drizzle.

-Orders can be customized, however I recommend all toppings for the ultimate texture and taste experience.

Menu for Saturday 11/23 (1pm-3pm delivery)

- 5 Cheese Garlic and Herb Spaghetti with smoked Cajun sausage and Bison!

Served with a slice of sweet, creamy cornbread.

If you’ve never had Bison, it’s so worth a try. It’s considered an “exotic” meat. It is very mild in gamey intensity (why I love it) and it also holds SO much flavor. Best way to describe the flavor is a mix between ground beef and Venison.

Hello, all.

Slap Fire Cuisine is a new and upcoming Food Truck and Catering business that will soon be serving the Shreveport/Bossier areas. An updated menu will be posted in the near future along with more information about pricing and other related questions including dates for our Food Truck Grand Opening, however we are taking custom orders before then.

Thanks so much for your patience and support as we develop our social medias and begin to kick this can wide open. We are very excited to begin this journey and to also "Slap some FIYAHH in yo' mouth".
