Same smash. Better bun.⚡

Our smash burger is already a viral hit, but ’round here, we’re always looking for ways to make good food even better.

Enter: the house-made bun.

It starts with 100% organic, non-GMO grain, milled right here at the Chop Shop, and turns into a fresh bun built for one heck of a burger. Packs of buns are also available in the pantry for your at-home burger nights, too!

Eek ... we’ve got a little bakery update that we’re pretty pumped about! 🌾

All our baked goods - from sourdough to cookies and buns - are now made with organic flour.

We’re always looking for ways to make good food even better, and that always starts with the ingredients.

It’s a small change that makes a big difference in the kind of food we want to put on your table.

We’re a whole-animal butchery. And that means exactly what it sounds like.

We farm responsibly and believe in using as much of the animal as we can.

That means alongside the familiar cuts in our case, you’ll find some things you probably won’t spot on your average grocery run. Things like beef tongue, heart and kidneys. We’ve even got lamb and frog legs 'round here.

Some of it might be familiar. Some of it might make you ask, “What the heck do I do with that?”

Ask us. That’s part of the fun!

Know your farmer. Know your butcher. Know your food.

Bad news, pard. Our grill is shut down today due to a broken water line in the neighborhood. 😩

But don’t count us out for your weekend plans! We’ve still got plenty of good reasons to swing by.

The meat case is stocked, the freezers are loaded with take ’n bake favorites, and there’s plenty of good stuff to get you set for the weekend.

A whole lot has changed since we first started selling food out of a little Farm Stand trailer.

But the reason behind it hasn’t.

We believe you should know where your food comes from, how it was raised, and the folks behind it.

That philosophy guides everything we do. From the cattle we raise and the cuts in our meat case to the burgers coming off the griddle.

Farmed responsibly. Butchered thoughtfully. Made from scratch.

A new special … two days in a row. You fine folks must be livin’ right. 🙌

Today, we’re bringing back a crowd favorite - the French Dip. Thin-sliced roast beef piled onto a Leidenheimer pistolette with French onion mayo and melted smoked gouda. Served with a side of au jus for dipping.

We’re kickin’ off this new lunch special with fresh, house-made naan. 🙌

Meet the Pesto Chicken Naan-Wich: Pecan pesto chicken, melted mozzarella and purple-hull pea hummus are piled onto our house-made naan and then topped with arugula, cherry tomatoes and shaved red onion tossed in a Mediterranean vinaigrette.

Come get your hands on one while it’s hangin’ around!
