When your daughter’s childhood babysitter needs a cake, you cannot say no. I stepped out of my comfort zone and made a GF Vanilla Raspberry Cake. While I think I’ll stick to cheesecakes, it came out too pretty not to share. I hope they love it! Cheers to the happy couple!

When it’s your dad’s birthday….you have to get creative!

Dad loves apple pie and cheesecake (of course) and so for his birthday I decided to join the 2 together! Yes you heard that right…I baked an apple pie and then put it inside of a cheesecake and baked it again. All I can say is WOW, I was not expecting to be this good!

Presenting my first ever Pichessecake….cheese pie….cheesecake pie?? (The name still needs some work) 😂😂
