And we have our Top 5!! Shocking that the top three were Savory crepes but maybe not so shocking because it was lunch time at the festival! Our Pont Neuf (or simple ham and cheese) was the #1 seller followed closely by the Royal Gorge and the Golden Gate!
A total of 98 crĂȘpes were sold with 9 of them being Gluten- and Dairy-free!
That means our winner isâŠ. đ„đ„đ„

Thank you everyone for another successful day as we continue growing! Just remember that our grand opening day was 96 crĂȘpes so we have surpassed that greatly!
As a fun side note⊠We didnât do a whole lot of advertising for our open hours at Ramah Days. We were trying out some new teenage workers and were hoping for a nice slow day so we could get processes down and our first event. So very little advertising. Well, I, Megan Renee, was at Elizabeth Brewfest the night before, on Friday, selling knives and people kept coming up to me and their eyes would get real big- âoh my goodness youâre the knife lady! Which mean youâre also the new crepe lady in Simla!â And I laughed because Iâm just not sure how they linked those together đ

I laughed and said âyes I am!â And they got so bubbly and said, âWe are so excited because we are coming to Ramah Days tomorrow to try your crĂȘpes. Like a big group of us!â
And I was like⊠oh man. âOh wow! Thatâs great! All the way from⊠Elizabeth. Thatâs wild! Well Iâm excited for you to try them and tell me what you think!â
And sure enough, they did come, and brought a whole heap of people. We had visitors from Arvada, Rush, springs, Limon. And I canât tell you how grateful I am. How grateful my family is. Itâs means the world that people are excited about crĂȘpes and Spanish lessons with Bridgemaker School of Language and excited for knives. Itâs a weird combination, but we couldnât be more grateful.
Thank you, Colorado, because I donât think we can say just eastern plains anymore haha. Thank you everyone so much for sharing our posts, commenting, playing our games. This has been such a fun adventure!
