Heading to South Lake Tahoe? Come sip with us at two of our favorite partner locations! We’re kicking things off Friday with cozy mountain vibes at The Coachman Hotel, where we’ll be pouring a selection of stellar E16 w**es. The tasting is complimentary and open to guests 21+.

Introducing: W**E IN 9! (seconds)

Did you know there is yeast all around the air?! W**eries can choose to let fermentation begin naturally with ambient yeast native to the area where the vines grow OR can choose to inoculate a fermentation vessel (think barrel or tank) with “designer” yeast. When they eat the sugars, they kickstart fermentation producing gas, heat, and eventually, alcohol!

Yeast don’t like to be in temperature too hot or too cold (same). If a w**emaker wants to stop fermentation early, they may lower the still fermenting juice to a cold temperature.

A wild night for a great cause! 🍷🦒🌿

A huge thank you to the Sacramento Zoo for inviting E16 W**ery to be part of W**e on the Wild Side! We had such a great time pouring our w**es, meeting so many wonderful people, and enjoying an incredible evening at the zoo.

There’s something pretty special about sharing great w**e while supporting an organization dedicated to wildlife, conservation, and education. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the E16 table for a taste and a conversation—we loved pouring for you!
