An honest customer review from Bourbon, Bacon & Brews 🥓🍿🥃

We were reminiscing and forgot the camera was rolling. This popcorn was one of the most fun things we’ve ever created.

We popped the kernels in beef tallow and bacon fat, then made crispy bacon bits for the perfect savory crunch. For the sweet side, we crafted a bourbon praline with Madagascar vanilla bean paste that added rich caramel notes and a buttery crunch.

To finish it all off, we drizzled the popcorn with butter, beef tallow, olive oil, and a touch of nutritional yeast for that salty, savory balance.

Sweet. Salty. Smoky. Crunchy. Everything we hoped it would be.

We also want to thank Columbia Bank for everything you do to support our local community and small businesses. It means so much to work with organizations that invest in the people around them.

Today’s menu featured smoked brisket sliders, potato salad, fresh salad, and all the Kentucky Derby-inspired touches. We loved bringing this event to life!

I'm looking for 2 dedicated, responsible individuals (21+) to assist with a catering event Saturday, June 20.

Responsibilities include:
✅ Loading catering equipment and supplies
✅ Following directions and event instructions
✅ Assisting with setup
✅ Serving guests during the event
✅ Helping with cleanup and breakdown

📍 Meet in Spokane and travel to the event location together.

⏰ Shift: Approximately 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM

💲 Paid position. Pay details will be discussed with qualified applicants.
