When we started out as Hellfire Farm, we had no idea how the business would grow and evolve. It has now evolved into something very different that what we started with.

In the beginning, we were only selling hot peppers - fresh, dried, or powdered - and offering suggestions of fun things to do with them. When you (our customers) asked for more, we introduced some fun confections, and when you wanted seasonings and rubs, we dug out our family recipes and shared those too. As our focus changed, we backed off the actual farming and focused on bringing you the best blends of flavors that we could.

But in that process, we also moved away from the super-hot flavors as a focus, and the original name no longer represented what we were doing anymore. Since we're making blends with roots in many different regions, we wanted our new identity to reflect that direction.

As Provincial Spice Co., we remain committed to bringing you quality spices and seasonings with great flavor and no additives. And we are not abandoning our heat-loving customers: we will be keeping the Hellfire name around as we develop a new line of even spicier flavors!
