Do you ask the cashier for a deal when you go to Walmart?

Do you ask the gas station to give you a deal on your fuel?

The ideology that farmers, ranchers, or homesteaders owe you a deal because you're buying 2 or more of (fill in the blank), is the greatest insult of all time.

Stop normalizing this behavior. 😤

Farmers, Ranchers, and homesteaders are due the same respect when it comes to the pricing of whatever it is they're selling.

I can't tell you how many times we personally experienced this when we farmed and it's the biggest insult ever. It isn't enough a farmer isn't paid fairly, the government taxes farmers to death, and twice on Tuesdays, and little Billy wants a deal.. 😡

Farmers, Ranchers, and homesteaders work tremendously hard, try working 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with zero vacations.

There will be no Market this Saturday 4\25, we will have limited blueberry bushes and citrus trees at The Downtown Rolesville Farmers Store from 11-to about 4. If you would like us to bring a specific tree for you to pick up send us a message by Friday at 5:00 p.m.

The outdoor market will be closed this weekend as we head over to the Rolesville Chamber BBQ & Bands Festival. You’ll find many of our amazing vendors there this Saturday!
Our store will still be open with regular hours from 11 AM to 7 PM, so feel free to stop by. Come see us and enjoy a fun-filled day with the whole family!

Y'all, seriously.. Cut this stinky fishy mess down already!

One of the most discussed invasive species in NC is the Bradford pear tree. This tree is a stinky, structurally weak, spreading species.

STOLEN BLACK ANGUS CALVES

📍 RED OAK

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the recovery or location of 11 black Angus calves, each weighing approximately 800 pounds, that were stolen from the Aventon area near Jernigans Store.

The theft is believed to have occurred sometime between Tuesday night December 30th and Friday morning January 2nd.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Fighting Crime at 252-406-6736 or the Nash County Sheriff’s Office at 252-459-4121.

All tips remain anonymous.
