I know it's last minute but we're going to sell a few Boston Butts and racks of ribs for Labor Day. Pick up is still TBD (trying to figure out if Sunday or Monday works best for most people)

Super proud of this guy! 5th place out of 50+ heavy-hitting teams is quite an accomplishment! Thanks for giving our pork rub a shot. We're loving the flavor and it's getting results!

Back home from Ditto Landing and the Reelin' n smokin competition. I set out to do two things, get my chicken scores back on track, and have a decent showing in ribs. I accomplished 1 of the 2 😆

🐔 - 23rd - 165 😔 back to the drawing board
