Bring on the heat!

Super excited to partner with locally owned (and delicious!) Red Buffalo Hot Sauce! They’ll be there for our show October 17th at Blue Brick Theatre giving out samples and selling their sauce!

These fresh cayenne peppers from Oliver's Path were so beautiful that we had to use them for a photo op. This variety of cayenne is called Red Ember and they definitely live up to their name.

Since the photo, the peppers have been chopped up and mixed with salt to make pepper mash, and have started their fermentation and aging process. Can't wait to taste the sauce made from these fresh, local peppers.

Stop by North Atherton Farmers Market and Boalsburg Farmers Market to find Oliver's Path and (eventually) the sauce made from these Red Embers.
