Casa Carmen Winery’s The Sun Also Rises Vermouth — golden, semisweet, and beautifully layered with saffron, cardamom, Spanish orange, and a hint of bitter lemon.

Best enjoyed with one big cube (stamped, of course) and a twist of lemon.
