Bryce Jordan Center Catering's own Satch Mantz will be competing in this year's Penn State Thursday, December 15th!

Spectators are welcome! Stop by the South Food Distric/Main Dining Room at 10 a.m. (cooking starts at 10:50 a.m.). This year's mandatory ingredient is Bone-In Pork Loin!

The winner will represent Penn State Housing & Food Services at the NACUFS Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference Culinary Challenge in Valley Forge, March 5-8, 2017.
