As we prepare to officially celebrate Capers Catering’s new ownership at The Garden at Elm Bank this week, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the incredible vendor partners helping bring this special evening to life.

A new chapter for Capers Catering!

We’re proud to introduce the new ownership behind Capers: longtime team members Chuck Ray and Dulce Williams.

Chuck, Capers’ General Manager, has been part of the company for more than 25 years, while Dulce, our Staffing & Sales Manager, has spent nearly two decades helping shape the experiences, relationships and service Capers is known for. Now, their history with Capers takes on a new meaning as they step into ownership and lead the company into its next chapter.

Built on decades of experience, familiar faces and a shared love for what Capers does best, with plenty more to come.

Here’s to the next chapter, and continuing to create unforgettable experiences for every guest we have the pleasure of serving.

For the first time, we’re bringing the Capers food you know and love to your Thanksgiving table with a special Thanksgiving Pick-up Menu!

Our package meal will be available for pick-up only from our Stoneham commissary on Thanksgiving Day between 9 AM–12 PM, making it easy to serve a beautiful holiday meal at home without all the prep
