When we signed with Halter we were customer number 4 in North America. It was a “leap of faith” if you will. Daniel and Christine spent the last week traveling New Zealand: talking to the teams building it, meeting local farmers, and seeing the best the country (and Halter) have to offer. It only seemed natural to celebrate this leap of faith by jumping off the original bungy jump bridge on the South Island!

It’s so rewarding when the plan comes together!

This moderate, easy fleshing 86H daughter is raising a heck of a K517 Moonshine calf.
If you followed us last winter she strip grazed through fescue before heading out to native pastures this summer. We will wean them as the grass starts to dip in the Flint Hills.
He will be for sale in the 2027 Spring sale.

We are making the genetics that fit the “real world” and offering them to you.

The mail had us concerned this spring for sale catalog deliveries but maybe we should have been worried for awhile. A Texas customer’s 2023, 2024, and 2025 catalogs were ALL returned the same day! Maybe he got his 2026??
