There really should be a season between summer and fall… one where the days are still warm, but we can start enjoying all our favorite cozy fall things. 🍂☀️

You know… apple picking, sipping apple c***r, wandering through the corn maze, playing in the Family Fun Park, visiting the goats, grabbing a fresh-baked treat, and soaking up those first little hints of fall! Honestly, we’re enjoying this magical window in between seasons.

🚨🍎THE WAIT IS OVER! 🍎🚨 HONEYCRISPS ARE READY FOR PICKING!

The apple everyone has been waiting for has officially arrived at Apple Holler! That first bite of a fresh-picked Honeycrisp is something special: sweet, juicy, wonderfully crisp, with just the right amount of tartness.

There’s some pretty cool history behind this crowd favorite!
A Minnesota original: Honeycrisp was developed through the University of Minnesota’s apple breeding program and was officially released in 1991. It helped spark a whole new appreciation for apples with an exceptionally crisp, juicy texture.

What does it taste like? Honeycrisp is famous for its balance of sweetness and tartness, along with that signature crunchy, juicy texture.

Best uses: Of course, it’s fantastic for eating fresh, but Honeycrisp is also delicious sliced into salads, paired with cheese, baked into treats, or turned into applesauce.

Fun fact: Honeycrisp became such an important benchmark for apple breeders that the University of Minnesota now uses it as one of the standards when evaluating new apple varieties!

This September, Apple Holler is proud to partner with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society – Wisconsin Chapter through our Picked for a Purpose program! 🍎

For the entire month of September, $1 from every bag of pre-picked apples sold will be donated to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society – Wisconsin Chapter. Each bag is approximately 5 lbs!

MS affects nearly 1 million people across the United States, and Wisconsin has one of the highest prevalence rates of MS in the country. For many of us, that means we likely know someone whose life has been touched by MS.

We're especially grateful to support this cause because it is close to the hearts of many here at Apple Holler. Together, something as simple as bringing home a bag of Honeycrisp apples can help make an incredible impact on the lives of people living with MS and those who love them.
