One of this week’s featured specials is our Baked Salmon with Cucumber Dill Sauce, a lighter farm-style favorite that’s full of fresh flavor!

We start with baked salmon, top it with a creamy cucumber dill sauce, and serve it over a bed of delicious sautéed spinach (not pictured) with rye bread on the side… plus your choice of one side (corn chowder in the pic) for $19.95.

It’s refreshing, savory, comforting, and feels like the perfect meal for a beautiful day at the farm!

This past week, we had the pleasure of welcoming our April Picked for a Purpose recipient to the farm for their donation pickup! Not only did we get to meet the wonderful team behind Billy’s Posse, but we also got to meet some of their adorable dogs... which was such a lovely surprise!

Billy’s Posse is a local nonprofit organization that helps reunite lost and stolen dogs with their families throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Their volunteer team assists with searches, trapping, spreading awareness, microchipping, and educating the community on how to safely help lost pets get back home.

As we move into May, we’re now proudly supporting this month’s Picked for a Purpose recipient: 🇺🇸 Ground Zero Veterans Outreach 🇺🇸

Ground Zero Veterans Outreach works to support veterans in need through outreach, resources, housing assistance, and community support right here in our area.

Thank you to everyone who continues supporting Picked for a Purpose and helping us give back to organizations making a difference in our communities! And don’t forget… keep an eye out for our June Picked for a Purpose announcement coming soon! 🍎
