One of this week’s featured specials is our Baked Salmon with Cucumber Dill Sauce, a lighter farm-style favorite that’s full of fresh flavor!
We start with baked salmon, top it with a creamy cucumber dill sauce, and serve it over a bed of delicious sautéed spinach (not pictured) with rye bread on the side… plus your choice of one side (corn chowder in the pic) for $19.95.
