Exciting day at the Lorain County Fair for our farm. Summer definitely isn’t our time off. We are continuously bottling and making product for our partner grocery stores, local markets, loyal customers and ourselves. We are very proud to be named the Best of Show again this year at the Lorain County Fair. I saw a shirt today one of our neighboring pig showman had on and it made things feel less heavy. It said, “ Don’t let the hard days win”
Thank you to all who support our little dream & thank you for making it feel like a big one.

From a small country town… we say it often. If you’re not from it you might not know.
What does it look like for us living in the same small country town we grew up in? Childhood friends still show up for you. New friends feel like old friends because good people hang with good people. Our families have grown but have also lost pillars that made us who we are. Each year we feel blessing from many of you who gather, support, help and simply pray. This season was successful in so many ways. This picture was a tear jerker
as we reflect on each other and sacrifices most don’t even know about. This is a great memory of everyone who has helped keep it going. Our end of the year party was a blast with people who we call family. Thank you for keeping this small town country farm feeling the way God meant it to be.

Jared- one of the hardest working guys I know.
I haven’t seen him home since… gosh last week sometime. Early mornings to early mornings, hand full of hours to sleep. It’s ok though because we know maple production season is short. Without him our farm wouldn’t be as strong as it is. “These shoulders bend they don’t break.” One of his favorite things to remind us. Keep going strong love, we’re right behind ya.
