CHRISTMAS?!!

When does the Season of Christmas begin for you?

I love Christmas!! I keep Christmas music in my playlist all year long and LOVE the season of giving! As we get closer to Christmas, I add a little more to my playlist and have my shopping done before the stores even get busy. The day after Thanksgiving, it is my ENTIRE playlist and I’m sitting back enjoying the lights!!

Leroy on the other hand, does not. (Sound familiar?) He doesn’t have a clue what he’s getting anyone, doesn’t care if we put up a tree or not, just riding along because he knows he’ll be in trouble if he doesn’t. 🤪

So, I need to know! Which are you?
🎅🏼🎄🤶🏻 Is it already looking a lot like Christmas at your house?
🎃➡️🎅🏼 Tomorrow, it begins!
🦃 Can we please just eat some turkey first?!

Sundays are for slowing down, spending time with family, spending time with Jesus, some good ol’ front porch sittin’, and just being thankful for those we love. 😴✝️🪑

In our family, Sunday is the one day of the week we plan absolutely nothing (for the most part) yet somehow, we know exactly what we’re doing! Ours Sundays have looked the same for, well for as long as I can remember. Even when we lived out of state, I knew exactly where my family was on a Sunday, especially for lunch.

What are your Sunday dinner plans?! 🍽️

Do y’all go out to eat, gather at a family’s house, what’s the plan?
Is lunch planned and cooked ahead of time, or is it a mad dash to get food on the table because the preacher preached a little longer than expected (as expected 🤣), and everyone is STARVING and wants to eat before 1:00?! But we know that ain’t really happening.

What about supper? Is that another family gathering, leftovers, or a fend-for-yourself kind of night?

I have enjoyed this the past couple of weeks and you guys have seemed to as well, so Fridays are officially:
🍴🤼‍♂️ FOOD FIGHT FRIDAY! 🤼‍♂️🥣

This week is just as important to me as how you cook a steak! 😅 When it comes to wings, are you a drum, flat, or whole wing?

Pretty sure we’re mostly in agreement with the ranch, but does anyone prefer blue cheese over ranch with wings?

So many questions could be asked about what goes with/on wings! 😂
We will leave it at that for now.

We may not have solved the last food debate, but I think we’ll at least be a little more uniformed in this one!

There’s nothing better than a cool fall day, some warm soup, and a grilled cheese sandwich.

What is the correct way to cut a sandwich? Rectangles or Triangles? Or does it even matter?
