Last night for the 2026 season for Maple Soldier Farms tonight. Fires lit and we got the last 400 gallons to go thru. It has been another interesting year. Thanks for everyone that has helped this year. And as a reminder we have our Maple Open house this weekend Saturday 10-4 stop out for some yummy treats and pickup some fresh syrup.

Fire is lit and we are working thru another 400 gallons of sap tonight. Getting close to the end of the season. We are inching closer to our goal. We bottled up another 12.5 gallons today bringing our season total to 90.5 gallons!!!!

Nothing like cranking thru 830 gallons of sap in 8 hrs. Love our RO. Full canner of syrup ready to bottle later today after I sleep a few hours !!!

Good Afternoon all, it is that time of year when we have our Maple Open house. This year we are holding it on March 28th. 10am to 4pm. Pancakes and Sausage available throughout the day, lunch is tbd as Karen is keeping it a suprise for us all. But as custom it will deal with maple syrup somehow and be delicious as always.
